Return and Replacement Policy

At Matiz Enterprise, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we’re here to help with our return and replacement process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 2 days from the date you received the product to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Request a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or we made an error with your order.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Condition of Returned Items

  • All returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Products that are damaged, soiled, or show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund or may incur a restocking fee.

Replacement

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and if it meets the conditions above, we will replace it with a non-defective one. We will replace it with exactly the same product type and number. We will not give you a different product type and number other than the exact one you bought initially.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. If the product you bought is defective, we can only replace it, if it meets the conditions of return above. We do not offer refunds of payment. 

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges.
